The garden offices listed on our website are constructed from the finest building products and represent a fusion of functionality and aesthetic design.
The base of our garden offices is constructed on a concrete base that has been reinforced in a similar style to when houses are constructed.
The walls and roof of our garden offices are built from sip (structurally insulated) panels. These unique panels form the overall structure of the building and provide a strong, warm and weatherproof shell that will keep you warm while you work and keep your garden offices completely insulated and safe from even very inclement weather. One unique property of sip panels is that they actually possess far more insulating properties than traditional insulation, and they will also keep your office quiet by damping external sounds.
Inside our garden offices you can be assured of a luxurious and functional finish; the walls and ceiling area are styled with plasterboard that is ready for immediate painting. If you desire something different to plasterboard we are able to offer birch plywood panelling for a sublime finish.
The choice of floor is up to you, we can provide everything from wood, laminate and carpet through to a variety of brand new environmentally friendly materials marking our garden offices apart from the competition. These include a unique recycled rubber flooring that is proving to be very popular.
All of our garden offices are connected to the electricity supply. Every individual office comes with a consumer board that connects to a main ring containing both double sockets and also a lighting circuit. Depending on what particular design of garden offices you have chosen it is also possible to install spotlights both inside and outside operated by dimmer switches.
For those cold winter days our garden offices come complete with a choice of heater or climate control system keeping you comfortable no matter what the weather may be. It is also possible to have the structure fully alarmed so you need not worry about security.
We are sure you will have noticed how much of an aesthetic statement our garden offices are making; this is partially due to the cladding of Western Red Cedar that each "cube" receives. This wood is very durable and has a very attractive natural colour and grain. Importantly it is also very resistant to the effects of decay and you can be sure that it will last for years to come with very little maintenance.
All of our garden offices are available in various sizes and it is possible to customise your configuration allowing you to tailor your offices to the available space in your garden. Our garden offices can also be fitted with a variety of optional extras including roof lights, cloakrooms, toilets, wash basins, shower rooms, and even kitchenettes.
